As a regular at the 32nd Street Farmer’s Market, I have had my eye on these guys for a long time. They usually have a long line for their biscuit sandwiches, so I figured they have to be good.
Luckily for me, they opened up a curbside shop close by. These guys are only open 11-8pm on Thursdays, so they can still give their all at the local farmers markets.
At their brick and mortar shop, they are doing less biscuits and more brisket and belly. According to the lovely ladies in the front, the menu will change weekly. In addition to this printed menu, they have a pegboard menu on the wall.
The Barbecue Beef Belly sandwich with grilled leeks and cheddar was calling my name. Given, the reputation, I figured anything on a house-made brioche was worth it.
Big things are coming to Remington, and on Thursdays, one is already here.
