This is one of three styles of house made focaccia from the new chef @135winebar – the Bianca – four cheeses: ricotta, mozzarella, taleggio, and burrata melted with thyme sauce and basil. Don’t worry if you’re not into dairy, one of the others is vegan 👏👏.
